Which tasks can your WordPress Support & Maintenance plans help me with?

Nearly everything, including theme maintenance, WordPress development, database management, website evaluation, and administrative updates. If there’s a task our developers cannot do, we’ll notify you and your support credit will be refunded.

Which plan is best for me?

It really depends on the level of support you require. Each task uses one credit, and we offer plans with 1, 3, 5, or 10 credits. If you anticipate needing more assistance, opting for a higher credit plan will save you money in the long run.

What is a support credit?

Each task our developers help with uses one credit, regardless of the amount of time taken. If our developers find that additional tasks are needed to solve a problem, you will be notified to approve of the additional support credit usage.

What happens if I don’t use all of my credits?

Our support and maintenance plans operate on a monthly credit cycle. Credits reset at the beginning of each month and do not carry over. When you submit a task, the credit is used and marked as pending until the request is completed, ensuring the credit is applied within the same cycle it was initiated.

What if I need more help in a month and use all my credits?

We’ve got a couple of solutions for you. You can either upgrade to the next plan tier or purchase additional credits if you only need a few extra without needing to subscribe to a higher plan.

Can you solve my issue even if I am not hosted with Top Speed Marketing?

Yes, our WordPress developers can assist with most hosting providers. You don’t need to use our hosting services. If your website is hosted elsewhere, we’ll simply ask you to provide the login credentials for your current hosting provider.

How does this differ from the maintenance included in your hosting service?

The maintenance included in our hosting service covers WordPress platform and plugin updates. However, tasks such as updating your theme, installing new plugins, and modifying your website (content and image additions) are not included.
